Start with the checker below to get a sense of how soon to come in, then use the calculators for a quick BMI, ideal weight, calorie, or blood pressure reading. Nothing typed here is sent anywhere — it’s all calculated in your browser.

Either works. Walk-ins are welcome during OPD hours, and booking ahead on WhatsApp just means less waiting when you arrive.
The doctor holds two OPD sessions daily, seven days a week: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM & 6:00 PM–12:00 AM. Pharmacy open 24/7.
Yes — Westridge Plus Pharmacy runs 24 hours a day, independent of the doctor's session times, and doesn't require a prescription from this clinic specifically.
The fastest way is WhatsApp — the appointment form on this site builds a message with your details already filled in. A phone call works just as well if you'd rather talk it through.
Any previous test results, prescriptions, or medical reports relevant to why you're coming in, plus a list of any medication you're currently taking. Beyond that, walking in is enough — nothing needs to be prepared in advance.
Message us on WhatsApp with what you need — sample collection is available on site, and we can confirm availability before you come in.
For a life-threatening emergency, call Rescue 1122 or go directly to your nearest hospital emergency department. Westridge is a general physician's clinic, not an emergency trauma centre.
Intake forms and test-preparation guides are being added here next.
